My grandson has severe cerebral palsy. Now he’s lost his social worker

My Grandson is 14 and has severe cerebral palsy.  He will never be able to walk or talk he is incontinent and his mum is a single parent with three other children including a three year old baby.  They have always had a social worker to help them through the difficult times and to even get respite occasionally.  She has been re-assessed and they have decided that they don’t need a social worker anymore.  When I heard this news I was shocked to say the least.  There is no respite available in this county neither.
