Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS staff
Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust plans to reduce its workforce by the equivalent of 533 full-time staff between 2010 and 2014, which is 13 percent of its entire workforce. The Trust expects to revise these figures on a regular basis.
The Trust runs three hospitals - the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary and Wrightington Hospital in Wigan, and Leigh Infirmary - as well as the Thomas Linacre outpatients centre in Wigan.
