Royal Devon and Exeter NHS staff EX2
Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust’s savings plan equates to a staffing reduction of 1,115 full-time equivalent posts between 2011 and 2014. This is an assumed figure but is not final, and given the Trust’s level of natural turnover, redundancies may be avoided.
The Trust provides acute hospital services to around 350,000 people in Exeter, East Devon and Mid Devon, and offers specialist services such as cancer care, plastic and reconstructive surgery, orthopaedic surgery, paediatric care and renal services to people living further afield in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, Dorset and Somerset. Its main hospital site is Wonford in Exeter.
Figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act.
