Kent and Medway NHS mental health trust
Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, which focuses on mental health, expects to cut its workforce by the equivalent of 560 full-time staff - almost 16 percent of the entire workforce - between 2010 and 2015. The cuts, which will be met through natural turnover, will be spread roughly evenly between clinical and non-clinical posts, but include a 16 percent in junior medical staffing and a 15 percent cut in nursing, midwifery and health visitors.
