Anti Cuts Protests is a website allowing you to find your local anticuts groups and protests. Find them and get involved.
It also facilitates the promotion of events via social networking. You can help promote a local protest with a few clicks. For example, if you have a facebook page and share the details of a local protest on your wall, your friends will also find out about the protest. Some might have a dig, others will support the protest. Some will want to attend and share the event themselves on their own facebook walls… and on it goes.
The site is non-aligned, non-partisan and non-sectarian. We don’t believe that organising down ideological or party political lines will be successful. And we believe that strategy and tactics will be far more important than ideology in stopping the cuts. The site promotes action not ideology.
