Barnet careworkers in their own words: how a 9.5% pay cut will destroy services

Your Choice Barnet is the outsourced trading company set up to run care services for disabled adults on behalf of Barnet Council. The company recently cut frontline workers' wages.

Barnet Unison has collected the quotes below from Your Choice Barnet careworkers who have had their pay cut by a minimum of 9.5%. Union members have completed an indicative ballot on the pay cut imposed by Your Choice Barnet - and voted by 97% to reject the cut.
